a semi chronological order of life + bts + my thoughts...

I recently was gifted a new camera. The rx100m7 and after a lot of research this was my dream camera. It's been a really long time since I took photos, let alone picked up my camera to film for work or for personal projects. Regardless, it's sparked a new joy that is simply just fun. And that's what's really important right? That's why we start this art. Will be prioritizing this more moving forward. And evidently, I've been shooting a lot of b&w, cause why not and it never fails me.

Akashi by Mayumi Yoshida Japan Cast/Crew Screening!
I worked on this film almost a year ago, and have been lucky enough to be a little cog of the big machine of love and hard work that it is. It was such an amazing experience getting to see Mayumi and Nach's genius on the big screen. The gratitude I feel about the community that is Akashi is insurmountable. xoxo to this team
Tears Burn to Ash by Natalie Murao
A short film shot in Tokyo, Japan. I got to shadow Natalie and Thea (Producer) and help shoot some bts... was it a little chaotic, yes, but good vibes and people nonetheless. Especially when you go for a debrief breaky after wrap and the milk comes in a tiny jug!
